Medical Mission (Igbaras)

42.3% of all deaths in the Philippines are unattended by a medical provider

(As reported by the Philippines Statistics Authority)

This issue must be addressed.

Igbaras, Iloilo, Philippines has a population of over 27,000 people spread across an area of 37,000 acres but these communities are geographically separated by large mountain ranges. These communities suffer from the inability to access affordable specialized health care. Similarly, their first responders lack the resources to respond to medical emergencies when the situation calls for it.

The mission will prioritize individuals residing in these isolated communities with limited access to healthcare due to geographic isolation, financial limitations, transportation barriers, or insufficient local medical resources. Additionally, emergency medical resource will be donated to local medical responders. Our goal is to serve over 200 patients with our current budget of $4,000.

Donation total of greater than $4,000 will allow us to see more patients and make a greater impact.
